I am just a middle aged, middle class, middle of the road kind of guy from middle America.
I learned to cook outside when I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia, where barbecue is almost a religion. At first, I ruined a lot of good meat, but after awhile, I learned the process, and found it to be much easier than the experts ever indicated when I was just starting out. Much less work; much better results. You can do it, too.
